We brought our Dalmatian puppy Koda in on a busy night. Staff did their best to communicate with me throughout his entire stay in the ICU. Although it wasn’t a great prognosis, I cannot thank the team at Pet ER enough for taking care of him. They’ve bought us a little more time with our pup. ❤️

My local vet diagnosed my sick dog with an intestinal blockage. She referred me to Pet ER and called them to alert that I was on the way. Upon arriving there, I was greeted with “we were expecting you!” I filled out some paperwork, Cody was admitted and diagnostics began. He spent 2 nights there. During that time either a vet or a tech would call me with regular updates on what they were doing to ease his discomfort (i.e., hydrading him and giving pain meds) while deciding how to deal with the blockage. They didn't want to rush into surgery if it was not necessary. At one point they tried to induce vomiting to bring up the mystery object but it didn't move. Eventually, they performed an endoscopy, found a rock in his stomach and removed it. During Cody's stay in the hospital, I was sick with worry, but the staff at Pet ER kept in constant touch with me. This entire experience was made easier for me because of the incredible abilities and dedication of the staff, not to mention the way they 'held my hand' while they had my boy in their care. God Bless the wonderful staff at Pet ER.

Can't say enough good things about the Pet-ER. Was pretty certain my Boxer Luna was going to need a Rhinoscopy to remove a foxtail from her nose. After calling all around and no one else had the capability. My dog was quickly triaged. We had a fairly long wait afterwards. However that was understandable as other pets came in that were more critical. They ended up doing a a rhinoscopy and removing a foxtail from my dogs nose. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I am grateful for the vast capabilities that Pet-ER has. I highly recommend if your pet is experiencing a medical emergency.

My 11 year old Spaniel was having difficulty breathing and coughing due to lung cancer, I took Django in for a quality of life evaluation. Unfortunately the cancer had spread to his body. The staff at Pet ER was very professional, friendly and caring during this trying time. I highly recommend The Pet ER to anyone needing to get the best care for their pet.

Very caring staff, communications excellent, expensive but they’re 24/7 so I get it. My cat needed to be monitored overnight and their treatments helped. I was able to bring him home the next day. Very clean and comfortable waiting area. Happy with the experience, thank you Pet+ER!

We had a great experience at Pet ER. Our young puppy swallowed a little rubber toy, and we took her over to Pet ER. They were able to take her in right away, they gave her some medicine that induced vomiting and she was able to get the toy out! Then they gave her some anti-nausea medicine and gave us clear instructions on how to proceed. It went very smoothly and was not super expensive. We’re so grateful for the good care we got here!

We had a great experience during a weekend emergency. The entire staff from the front desk, the triage technician, veterinarian to the discharge technician were all wonderful. They made sure we were comfortable with the treatment plan, offered additional help and made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. We are grateful for the care they showed our boy! We are happy to say he’s getting better every day!

Doctors and staff were amazing. I can’t say enough for the amazing care they gave my cat while in there. They communicated with me often, were very clear on what was going on and how the treatment plan would go. I love that this place has visiting hours it made me feel a lot better knowing I could come in and see my little guy. Judy the discharge nurse was very knowledgeable and patient with us while going over all the medications, and how to do the feeding tube at home so we could bring our boy home. Thank you all!

What a week. Had my doggie Kota in for surgery on Monday and everything went very well. Two days later my other doggie, Kody, had a small stroke and had to be brought in to the ER. Once again the team was very responsive and caring. They treated him quickly and as of today both doggies are doing well and working on full recoveries. No complaints, everyone was great.

Since April 20th of this year, we have been walking into the veterinary ER with heavy hearts, carrying the weight of my 20‑pound Lhasa Poo’s recovery after he was attacked by another animal. Every visit felt like another chapter in a story we never wanted to be part of. The long waits, the anxious updates, and the constant fear of not knowing what would come next became part of our routine. Then Mother’s Day arrived. We were already drained and bracing ourselves for yet another difficult visit. But when Dr. Matthew Lamare stepped into the room, everything shifted. It felt like someone had opened a window and let the light back in. His presence was warm and calm, the kind of energy that makes you breathe easier without even realizing it. He did not just treat my dog. He cared for us too. His bedside manner with me and my mother was something rare. He was gentle, patient, and deeply human. He walked us through every detail of what he was doing and explained not only what he was doing but why. Even something as simple as a bandage change became meaningful because he took the time to help us understand. What truly set him apart was his holistic approach. He explained how he used Manuka honey on the wound to encourage faster and cleaner healing, and suddenly the entire process felt intentional and full of hope. After weeks of visits, no other doctor had ever taken the time to explain things with such clarity and heart. And then came the moment that made us laugh for the first time in days. When he returned with my little 20‑pound Lhasa Poo wrapped in bright, colorful bandages, he looked like a tiny fruit roll up candy waddling toward us. That small burst of humor, wrapped around such thoughtful care, eased our worries in a way we didn’t expect. In that moment, the fear we had been carrying since April 20th loosened its grip. It felt like watching the sun break through after a long stretch of storm clouds. Dr. Lamare did not just make that Mother’s Day bearable. He
